Therapy for anxiety, life transitions, and perinatal/parenting support in Alameda, Oakland and throughout California

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from holding it all together.

Perhaps anxiety, self-doubt, or strained relationships have been weighing on you. You might be navigating a major life transition or the complex emotions and identity shifts of becoming a parent. Maybe old wounds or trauma continue to shape how you see yourself and relate to others.

Whatever you’re carrying, you’re not alone—and there’s a path toward healing and growth. I look forward to walking it with you.

Hi! I’m Kristin and I love helping people connect with their inner wisdom, resilience and capacity for growth.

I provide a collaborative and supportive space to explore. Through cultivating insight, self-compassion and practical strategies, I help you connect the dots of your experience and develop new ways of seeing, being and responding.

I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and use cognitive and somatic tools, mindfulness and attention to social context and past trauma to support growth. I am also trained as an Expressive Arts Therapist and can weave art, music, movement, dance, poetry, writing and drama to support your process if you are interested.
